Job Summary
OBGYN physician sought to join a growing Intermountain Health obstetrics/gynecology program in Provo, UT. Join a newly forming eight-physician group to help shape a brand-new OB/GYN residency program (begins 2028) and train medical students (begins 2029). Role includes a flexible mix of gynecology and obstetrics with potential call coverage (1:8 gynecology; obstetric call may be optional) and collaboration with an experienced obstetric hospitalist team. Clinic located adjacent to Utah Valley Hospital with access to Level II/III NICU, Da Vinci robotic surgery, maternal-fetal medicine, urogynecology, MIGs, and other women's health services. Guaranteed base salary of $361,500 with productivity pay, up to $20k relocation, $30k starting bonus, $20k student loan assistance, residency stipend for those in training, comprehensive benefits, license reimbursement, malpractice coverage, CME, and generous PTO. Candidates must hold or be eligible for Utah medical licensure, be board-certified/board-eligible in OB/GYN, and complete Intermountain Health credentialing. Provo offers outdoor recreation and a growing community near Salt Lake City.
Required Qualifications
- Board Certification or Board Eligibility in OB/GYN
- Unrestricted Utah MD or DO license, or the ability to obtain an unrestricted license
- Federal DEA Registration
- Completion of U.S. ACGME Residency
- BLS Provider Certification
