Required Qualifications
- Residency or fellowship in Obstetrics and Gynecology
- Unrestricted DEA registration
- Board certification or eligibility in Obstetrics and Gynecology
- Medical Staff Privileges within Health system sponsorship
- Doctorate MD or DO
- Unrestricted medical license in Utah (per posting)
