Job Summary
Conduct full-scope OB/GYN practice in Oregon City, focusing on surgical growth while midwives manage low- and moderate-risk obstetric care. Perform gynecologic surgeries including hysteroscopy and minimally invasive procedures using the upcoming da Vinci V robotic platform, supported by dedicated surgical block time and OR mentorship. Manage a balanced call structure with CNM partners to preserve meaningful OB experience while building confidence in surgical skills. Join a team of seven OB/GYNs and seven CNMs at Providence Willamette Falls Medical Center, serving a socioeconomically diverse patient population including rural residents and home birth transfers. Participate in organizational decision-making regarding advanced surgical technology and in-office nitrous-supported procedures. Work within a 4-day schedule with flexible FTE options, supported by a dedicated mentor during the first year and real-time consult access from experienced partners.
Required Qualifications
- MD or DO from an accredited program
- Completion of ACGME OB/GYN residency (or expected prior to start)
- Board certified or board eligible in OB/GYN
- Eligibility for Oregon licensure
- DEA and hospital privileging eligibility
- Malpractice insurability
