Job Summary
Monitor and treat patients during pregnancy and childbirth, including prenatal advising up to delivery and postnatal care. Conduct follow-ups to track conditions, counsel patients on safe sex and preventative medicine, and order necessary tests, screenings, biopsies, and scans to diagnose problems. Direct, advise, and supervise medical staff including nurses and physician assistants on proper procedures and protocol. Ensure adequate patient flow in a busy outpatient clinic with a mix of scheduled and same-day appointments while rendering culturally competent care to a diverse population. Continue personal education on current medical practices and innovations by reading medical journals and attending conferences.
Required Qualifications
- Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.)
- Valid license to practice and board-certified state
- COVID-19 and Flu vaccination
- Proficient at patient charting
- Knowledgeable in relevant charting computer programs

- 2+ years practicing medicine in hospital or private practice
