Job Summary
Provide on-call coverage for OBGYN emergencies and manage labor and delivery triage and admissions. Perform routine and complicated deliveries, including vaginal births, forceps, C-sections, VBACs, and repair of 3rd and 4th degree lacerations. Collaborate with midwives and nursing staff to ensure safe patient care. This role requires Board Certified status, active DEA, and BLS certification. Schedule includes 6-7 shifts per month from 7a-7a with EMTALA coverage. Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance are covered.
Required Qualifications
- Board: BC
- Licenses: KY or IMLC
- DEA: Active
- Certifications: BLS
