Conduct comprehensive obstetrics and gynecology care in a 164-bed acute care facility, managing a stable team with locums and urology support. Provide daily diagnostic imaging coverage including pelvic floor therapy, oversee approximately 300 deliveries annually, and handle 25-30 patients per day across four operating rooms and two C-section suites. Maintain flexible scheduling with 36 patient care hours and a 1:3 call ratio with FTE and locums support.
