Job Summary
Provide outpatient obstetric and gynecologic care while participating in group-based OB call coverage with 24-hour shifts. Manage Labor & Delivery, postpartum care, ER consults, and emergent gynecologic surgeries during on-call periods, and perform gynecologic surgeries including hysteroscopy, laparoscopy, and hysterectomy within allocated OR block time. This Board-Certified or Board-Eligible OBGYN role offers a balanced mix of office-based care and scheduled surgical time within a collaborative, physician-led group serving Manassas, Haymarket, Warrenton, and Gainesville. The position includes shared call responsibilities, access to DaVinci robotic systems and Level III NICU support, and a base salary range of $356,790 - $484,770 for 1.0 FTE status.
Required Qualifications
- Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology
- Eligible for Virginia medical licensure
- DEA certification
