Base salary starts at $400K with year-over-year increases; loan repayment, resident stipend, visa sponsorship, relocation assistance, malpractice coverage, health benefits, PTO, CME, and 401K; flexible 4-5 day schedules; sabbatical after 7 years; urgent needs across Phoenix-area clinics with Show Low as a key location.
