Job Summary
OBGYN Hospitalist Medical Director in Tampa, FL seeking clinical leadership to oversee labor and delivery management, coverage for unassigned OB patients, and in-house support for general OB and emergent GYN; lead onsite team drills and simulation training; collaborate with residents; sign-on bonus up to $30k; competitive compensation with medical director stipend; CME allowance; comprehensive benefits; tail coverage and professional liability insurance; 6–7 24-hour in-house shifts per month; this is an employee role with full benefits.
Required Qualifications
- MD or DO (medical degree)
- OBGYN board certification/eligibility
- medical director leadership experience preferred
- license to practice medicine in Florida or eligibility to obtain
