OBGYN Hospitalist, Evanston and Highland Park IL

Provide overall leadership and oversight for all activities on the unit, working in collaboration with nurses and staff to effectively deploy resources and manage patients. Supervise all clinical care for unassigned patients in labor & delivery, including cesarean sections, spontaneous and operative vaginal deliveries, antenatal and postpartum care. Deliver high quality evidence based obstetric care while working collaboratively with all other OB/GYN colleagues, MFMs, CNMs nurses and staff. Work with service line leaders toward continuous improvement by participating in and leading quality improvement initiatives, helping educate staff, and guiding patient safety and satisfaction. This 1.0 FTE position involves a combination of 13, 12-hour day and night shifts throughout the month. The candidate will be part of Endeavor Health's Women's Service Line, shaping a cutting-edge OB Hospitalist program with an Obstetric Emergency Department.
