Job Summary
OBGYN Generalist position combining outpatient clinic duties in New Milford with call coverage at Sharon Hospital (CT). Responsibilities include office-based obstetrics/gynecology care, on-site rounding and patient management, and 30-minute response time for call shifts. Call responsibilities are shared among four physicians and may include at-home call periods. The role encompasses a broad obstetric and gynecologic practice with access to a full range of services (labor and delivery, women's health, and related surgical and medical specialties) in a two-hospital system. Compensation ranges from approximately $375k to $500k relative to experience, with potential loan forgiveness eligibility under programs applicable to public-service institutions.
Required Qualifications
- Medical degree (MD/DO) in Obstetrics and Gynecology
- Board certification in OB/GYN preferred or required per employer standards
- Current medical license to practice in Connecticut or eligible for licensure
