Conduct full spectrum of women's health services, including advanced procedures, alongside experienced partners in a collaborative culture. Manage 24-hour call rotation with post-call day off, balanced by 1:5 weekend call ratio and early Friday closures. Utilize onsite Level III NICU, mammography, and Da Vinci robotic systems while providing MFM consults through Boone Hospital Center affiliation. Board Certified or Board Eligible physicians join this growing 11-physician team to build a career with strong mentorship and a clear path to partnership.
