Job Summary
Manage a schedule of two to three clinic days and surgery block time, averaging one day per week and one weekend per month with holiday rotation. Handle a volume of 30 patients daily, with roughly 40% inpatient and 60% outpatient care once the patient panel is established. Maintain a 30-minute commute to Bay Park Hospital to accommodate the call rotation. Requires a valid medical license, board certification or eligibility in OB/GYN, and current AHA certification including BLS, ACLS, or PALS. Join a team of two physicians and 10 APPs within ProMedica Physicians Group, a mission-driven not-for-profit organization serving communities across nine states.
Required Qualifications
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) from an accredited institution in the applicable specialty
- Valid and unrestricted medical license to practice in the state(s) where care is provided
- Board certified or board eligible in the relevant specialty
- Current American Heart Association (AHA) certification(s) applicable to your role (e.g., BLS, ACLS, PALS, etc.)
- Commitment to ongoing continuing medical education (CME) and professional development
- Must live within a 30 minute commute to Bay Park Hospital
