OBGYN Atlanta Suburb

OB/GYN physician position in a Marietta, GA suburb near Atlanta. Balanced 50/50 OB/GYN practice with a collaborative, low-turnover team including 6 midwives, 2 nurse practitioners, OB hospitalist, and MFM support. Clinic runs 8:00–5:00 with patients 8:30–~4:15; approximately 24–35 patients per day and ~110 deliveries per month with a 45% C-section rate. On-call responsibilities at 1:6 with 24-hour shifts; gradual ramp-up for new providers. Base compensation $250K–$300K with productivity-based earning potential of $400K–$450K in Year 1; partnership eligibility after 2 years with no buy-in.
