Job Summary
OBGYN physician sought for a physician-led, hospital-contracted surgical group with private-practice-like autonomy. 35-40% OB and 60-65% GYN with broad GYN surgical scope and 500+ cases/year. Features include plentiful block OR time, two DaVinci robots, collaborative environment, mentorship, and a compensation model with base salary plus bonuses via a tiered wRVU system. Offers a true four-day workweek (part-time considered), control over clinic start/end times and visit lengths, and a recruitment incentive of 100K. Minnesota-based practice in the Central Lakes region with strong nursing support and modern infrastructure; ample outdoor recreation and proximity to Minneapolis. Required Qualifications
- Medical Doctor (MD) or DO
- Board-certified or Board-eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology
- Current medical license in Minnesota or ability to obtain
- Experience in OB and GYN with surgical scope preference for DaVinci robotics (implied by 2 DaVinci robots)
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Ability to work in a physician-led, hospital-contracted setting
