Job Summary
Lead and coordinate subordinate site managers, foremen, and subcontractors while overseeing deep and road construction projects. Manage on-site construction workflows to ensure strict adherence to schedule and budget targets, while monitoring compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards. Control site quality and document construction progress, communicating with clients, planners, and other stakeholders. Prepare reports, measurements, and billing documents to support cost calculations and change order estimates. This role offers a project variation with contract values ranging from 1 to 15 million Euro within the REIF GROUP infrastructure sector.
Required Qualifications
- abgeschlossenes Studium (Bachelor/Master/Diplom) im Bereich Bauingenieurwesen, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder eine vergleichbare bautechnische Ausbildung (Bautechniker, Bauingenieur)
- mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Mitarbeiterführung sowie in der Leitung von Tief- und Straßenbauprojekten
- fundierte Kenntnisse im Straßen- und Tiefbau, insbesondere im Asphaltbau
- gute Kenntnisse im Bauvertragsrecht
- gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Bauleitungssoftware und MS Office
