Lead interdisciplinary emergency care by coordinating first assessment, supervision, and patient management across the emergency department, trauma room, and observation unit. Direct decision-making processes for critical cases including polytrauma, stroke, and STEMI while managing interfaces with emergency services, critical care, and radiology. Mentor resident physicians through a structured rotation model and contribute to the development of an integrated emergency center, including digital process updates and patient logistics optimization. Operate within a modern facility featuring two fully equipped trauma rooms and a dedicated ultrasound area, supported by stable shift rotations and comprehensive training funding.
