Job Summary
Lead the medical management of the interdisciplinary emergency department, including structured initial assessment (MTS), diagnostics, and therapeutic decision-making. Direct emergency measures in the shock room in collaboration with anesthesia, trauma surgery, and internal medicine. Mentor junior physicians, support clinical decisions, and ensure quality patient care. Actively optimize processes from patient triage to new care pathways and contribute to strategic departmental development in digitalization and clinical standards. Requires Facharzt qualification in Internal Medicine, General Practice, Anesthesia, or Surgery with Emergency Medicine training. Full-time role with structured onboarding and active promotion of professional development.
Required Qualifications
- Facharzt (m/w/d) für Innere Medizin, Allgemeinmedizin, Anästhesiologie oder Chirurgie
- Zusatzweiterbildung Klinische Akut- und Notfallmedizin
- Erfahrung in der Schockraumleitung
- Triage nach MTS
