Conduct conservative and operative care for patients across the ENT spectrum, including mandible and polyp surgeries, complex head and neck tumor interventions, functional and aesthetic nasal procedures, and snoring treatments. Plan operations based on preoperative patient presentations and actively manage emergency care within the clinic. Structure training for junior physicians across outpatient, inpatient, and surgical settings while optimizing medical workflows in the outpatient clinic, operating room, and wards. Lead internal continuing education initiatives and foster team collaboration to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.
