Job Summary
Role involves expanding NIQ's Retailer commercial plan development and execution, driving new business opportunities through cold calls and emails, and building a strong sales pipeline. Responsibilities include negotiating with senior clients, owning financial targets and revenue projections, tracking client performance, collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery, and engaging with retailers and syndicators. Requires native Czech and at least intermediate English, strong Excel skills, and proven consultative selling, client-facing communication, and pipeline management abilities. The position supports a flexible, hybrid work setup in Prague with potential performance-based bonuses.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in Sales
- Knowledge in sales processes
- Native Czech and intermediate English language as minimum, both verbal and written
- Solid knowledge of Excel
- Strong sales leadership including prospecting, building a pipeline, moving opportunities through the sales cycle; proposing, presenting and discussing solutions with the clients
- Problem-solving skills, solution oriented and good analytical skill
- Very good client-facing and communication/presentation skills
- Experienced at consultative selling
