Job Summary
OB Tech/LDRP in the Family Birthing Center at Highland Park Hospital (Nights). Performs surgical scrub duties for births and minor surgeries, nursing assistant tasks, and clerical responsibilities. Floats between units as needed, under RN supervision. Provides patient care for women of childbearing age and newborns, assists during births and C-sections, maintains sterile field, counts sponges/instruments, prepares supplies, and transports non-controlled medications. Requires CPR certification; CNA certification preferred; healthcare registry eligibility (IDPH) and any relevant surgery/OB experience expected. Full-time role with 36 hours/week, nights (1900-0730) and weekend rotation. Benefits available. EOE.
Required Qualifications
- CNA certification preferred
- AHA CPR required
- Eligible to work in the US
- Experience in surgery or OB preferred
- Full-time eligibility and hospital environment experience
