OB/PEDS Clinical Faculty

Provide clinical instruction at long-term care, sub-acute, and acute sites while creating an environment that fosters student academic growth and guides professional development. Prepare student progress and grade reports, maintain accurate attendance records, and evaluate student competence based on program objectives using specific evaluation devices. Attend faculty meetings and participate in continuing education programs to maintain professional qualifications as a Registered Nurse Instructor. Deliver effective lessons at the RN or PN level and supervise students in the clinical environment. Requires an MSN, valid state RN license, and minimum three years of recent RN experience. Prior teaching experience is preferred.
