Job Summary
Conduct obstetric care and labor management at a non-profit integrated health care delivery system serving approximately 300,000 residents in the mid-Willamette Valley and Central Oregon coast. Manage a flexible schedule involving 3 days of call per week with 2 weeks off every quarter, totaling 132 call days annually. Provide excellent clinical, communication, and team-oriented care to support a hospital averaging around 225 births. Maintain eligibility to work in the United States while utilizing EPIC EMR.
Required Qualifications
- Board Certified/Board Eligible OB/GYN
- Eligibility to work in the United States
- Should possess excellent clinical skills
- Should possess excellent communication skills
- Should possess a strong commitment to providing excellent care that is team oriented
- Flexible weekly schedule: 3 days of call, 2 weeks off/quarter (132 call days/year)
- PSLF-eligible hospital-employed position
