Job Summary
Manage labor and delivery on both emergency and routine bases for pregnant women at Geisinger Wyoming Valley Medical Center and Geisinger Community Medical Center. Provide inpatient care co-managing with residents and Nurse Midwives, supported by surgical Physician Assistants for scheduled cesareans. Work flexible 8/24-hour in-house shifts per month across locations averaging 2,000 and 900 deliveries annually, each supported by Level II and III NICUs.
