Job Summary
Inpatient OB Hospitalist/Laborist role providing high-acuity obstetric care with a shift-based schedule and no on-call requirements. Collaborative, hospitalist-led triage with CNM program, dedicated OB anesthesia, and multiple OB operating rooms. Ideal candidate is Board-Certified/Board-Eligible in OB/GYN with experience in inpatient obstetrics, able to manage high-acuity cases, and committed to team-based care with CNMs and nurses. Compensation includes a 1.0 FTE salary of about $369,658 annually, relocation assistance, educational loan reimbursement, comprehensive benefits, and malpractice coverage. Requires MD/DO, unrestricted WA license (or ability to obtain), and appropriate OB/GYN residency credentials; BLS required and ACLS preferred.
Required Qualifications
- M.D. or D.O. (or foreign equivalent)
- Board-Certified/Board-Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology
- Completion of an ACGME- or AOA-accredited OB/GYN residency or RCPSC-accredited Canadian OB/GYN residency
- Unrestricted Washington medical license (or ability to obtain)
- BLS certification required ; ACLS preferred (or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire)
