Job Summary
Inpatient OB Hospitalist role at PeaceHealth St. Joseph Medical Center in Bellingham, WA, providing high-acuity obstetrics care with a shift-based, no-call model. Responsibilities include inpatient obstetric care, obstetric emergency coverage, hospitalist-led triage with CNMs and nursing staff, OB anesthesia support, and operating in a certified OB department with two OB ORs. Ideal candidate is Board-Certified/Board-Eligible OB/GYN with experience in high-acuity obstetrics, collaborative team-based care, and a willingness to maintain a predictable schedule. Required Qualifications
- M.D. or D.O.
- Board-Certified/Board-Eligible OB/GYN
- Completion of an ACGME- or AOA-accredited OB/GYN residency or RCPSC-accredited Canadian OB/GYN residency
- Unrestricted Washington medical license (or ability to obtain)
- BLS certification; ACLS preferred (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
