Job Summary
Provide 24/7 hospitalist coverage for approximately 2,000 annual hospital births at PeaceHealth St. Joseph Medical Center in Bellingham, Washington. Manage care across a Level II Trauma Center featuring two OB operating rooms, a Level III B nursery, and certified OB emergency services. Collaborate with Certified Nurse Midwives, respiratory therapists, and dedicated OB anesthesia while utilizing Epic EMR. Support newborn care with 24/7 pediatric hospitalists and serve the underserved population of 229,000 in a collegiate environment.
Required Qualifications
- MD Hospitalist OB-GYN
- Passionate about serving underserved populations
- Clear communicator
- Able to work well with Certified Nurse Midwives and across Departments
