Job Summary
Inpatient OB Hospitalist role at PeaceHealth St. Joseph Medical Center in Bellingham, WA. Provide high-acuity obstetric care as part of a hospitalist-led program with no-call, shift-based coverage, including collaboration with CNMs, dedicated OB anesthesia, and a two-OR setup; position emphasizes a balanced schedule, immediate triage leadership, and comprehensive obstetric coverage (>20 weeks) within a Level II NC Nursery environment. Board Certified/Eligible OB/GYN with hospitalist experience preferred; US licensing in WA required.
Required Qualifications
- MD/DO (or foreign equivalent)
- Board Certified/Board Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology
- Completion of an ACGME- or AOA-accredited OB/GYN residency or RCPSC-accredited Canadian OB/GYN residency
- Unrestricted Washington medical license (or ability to obtain)
- BLS certification required; ACLS preferred (or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire)
