Job Summary
Inpatient OB Hospitalist role providing high-acuity obstetric care with no-call, shift-based workload at PeaceHealth St. Joseph Medical Center in Bellingham. Responsibilities include inpatient triage coverage, collaboration with CNMs and nursing staff, OB anesthesia support, and management of obstetric emergencies (>20 weeks) within a Level II facility. Board-Certified/Board-Eligible OB/GYN with OB Hospitalist experience preferred; must hold or pursue WA license and maintain BLS (ACLS obtainable within 30 days). Includes relocation assistance and comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- M.D. or D.O. (or foreign equivalent)
- Completion of an ACGME- or AOA-accredited OB/GYN residency or RCPSC-accredited Canadian OB/GYN residency
- Unrestricted Washington medical license (or ability to obtain)
- Board Certified/Board Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology
- BLS certification required
- ACLS preferred (or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire)
