Job Summary
OB Hospitalist role at Parkview Health in Bryan, OH. Full-time position with 79, 24-hour in-house shifts per year. In-house duties include labor and delivery management, obstetric emergencies, postpartum care, gynecologic consultations, and emergency surgical interventions; some clinic duties during weekday shifts (office visits, NST/ultrasound interpretation, CNM/NP support). Shift location will be based on community and regional needs. Must be American Board Certified with 1-3 years OB/GYN experience. Provides support to PPG OB/GYN & Family Practice providers and coordinates maternal transports between Parkview community hospitals and PRMC when needed. Required Qualifications
- Board Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology (American Board Certified)
- Minimum 1-3 years OB/GYN experience
- Active, current skill set to practice OB/GYN
- Willingness to coordinate with service line leadership, nursing, and other specialties
- Labor and delivery management capabilities
- Ability to handle obstetric and gynecologic emergencies
