Job Summary
Hospitalist OB/GYN role in Parkview Health supporting coverage in community hospitals with obstetric services. Full-time schedule entails 79, 24-hour in-house shifts per year with in-house duties including labor and delivery management, obstetric emergencies, postpartum care, gynecologic consultations, and emergency surgical interventions. Some clinic duties during weekday shifts may include office visits, NST/ultrasound interpretation, and CNM/NP support. Shift location based on community/region needs. Must be American Board Certified with 1-3 years OB/GYN experience. Provide support to Parkview OB/GYN & Family Practice providers and assist in coordination of maternal transports when needed.
