Job Summary
Experienced OB hospitalist needed to provide full-spectrum obstetrical coverage in a Level IV Perinatal Care Center with Level I trauma verification and Level IV NICU at Ascension St. Vincent Indianapolis. The role includes daily rounds with the MFM team, deliveries for high-risk patients, triage evaluation, and management of maternal transports; teaching experience is desirable due to residency programs and learners on site. Minimum 4-5 years OB/GYN experience preferred. This position supports a growing MFM department within a large Catholic health system, with opportunities to participate in high-level maternal and neonatal care within a nine-story tower expansion. Requires MD/DO licensure and is tied to a PRN schedule; teaching affiliation and involvement with residency programs are noted. Required Qualifications
- MD/DO credentialed from Indiana Medical Licensing Board required prior to hire or transfer date
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) required
- Advanced Life Support preferred (American Heart Association or American Red Cross)
