OB Hospitalist

Full-time OB Hospitalist position with Mercy Medical Group in the Sacramento region. Responsibilities include covering the OB emergency department and labor & delivery, providing emergency gynecologic consults, and being available for surgical assist needs. Working arrangement consists of twelve 12-hour shifts per month (shifts can be 24 hours), with on-call coverage and potential for additional shifts with compensation. The role includes collaboration with a Level II nursery and support from a Level III NICU, and there is a shareholder track opportunity along with sign-on and moving bonuses for full-time applicants. Employer-provided tail insurance and generous compensation/benefits are included. Active board certification and a California medical license (or ability to obtain) are required, along with DEA certification, and strong interpersonal/teamwork skills.
