Job Summary
OB Hospitalist role in Boise, ID. Responsibilities include managing the antepartum service and serving as MFM extenders; triaging arriving pregnant patients; responding to obstetric emergencies; providing consultations for Certified Nurse Midwives and Family Medicine physicians; surgical backup for OB/GYN; managing labor and deliveries for women whose providers are not available; and no on-call, office, or GYN responsibilities. Requires an MD or DO and OB residency with Idaho licensure; offers relocation, sign-on incentives, CME allocation, malpractice insurance, and comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- MD or DO degree
- Successful completion of an ACGME/AOA Obstetrics & Gynecology Residency
- Idaho medical licensure and privileges at SARMC - Boise
