Job Summary
Spearhead the development of a new block schedule covering a mix of inpatient deliveries/surgeries and seeing clinic patients. Manage a team including a full-time OB/GYN, PRN OB/GYN, two CNMs, and two NPs with full office support. Deliver an average of 20-25 clinic patients daily and 420 deliveries annually on a 7on/7off schedule with shared weekday call, where CNMs take first call. Utilize office resources including Pessary fitting supplies, colposcope, procedure rooms, daVinci Robot access, and Athena/Paragon EMR. Benefit from direct Duke University MFM referrals and Level I Nursery access.
