Conduct obstetrics and gynecology services within a full-time, hospital-employed group practice at Central Carolina Hospital in Sanford, NC. Manage a robust primary care base and expand the GYN practice while mentoring and supervising nursing midwives and advanced practice providers. Rotate primary call on weekdays and share weekend calls equally with midwives, supported by locum providers to ensure work-life balance. Practice on the hospital campus with no commute, utilizing Level II nursery capabilities.
