Job Summary
OB/GYN physician needed to join a well-staffed southeastern Massachusetts practice located in Easton with outpatient OB/GYN care across three sites. 50% OB and 50% Gynecology with potential to specialize. Four clinical days per week (three ambulatory sites, one surgery/Labor floor, one administrative day). In-house Radiology and on-site laboratory support; Level II NICU and multidisciplinary team collaboration. Laparoscopic skills required; participation in a comprehensive maternal–newborn program with 24/7 in-house anesthesia and pediatrics. Occurrence malpractice coverage; MGMA-competitive base salary with sign-on and relocation bonuses; base salary for two years followed by wRVU- and quality-based compensation. Benefits include 403(b) and 457(b), CME reimbursement up to $3,000 plus CME time, time off up to 24 days plus holidays. Required Qualifications
- Board-Certified/Board-Eligible OB/GYN
- 4 clinical days per week with 3 ambulatory sites, 1 surgery/Labor floor day, 1 administrative day
- Laparoscopic skills
- Experience in multidisciplinary department preferred
- In-house anesthesia and pediatrics available 24/7
