Job Summary
OB/GYN physician position in Waterbury, CT with UConn Health Community Network Medical Group. Provide comprehensive obstetrics and gynecology care, including prenatal and delivery services (vaginal and cesarean), breast/cervical/ovarian cancer screening, evaluation of urinary/pelvic/hormonal disorders, STI management, and ordering/interpreting diagnostic tests. Duties also include documenting care, ensuring billing/coding compliance, collaborating with practice management, promoting wellness and health education, and supervising clinical staff (MAs, NPs, PAs). Robotic training is a plus but not required; participate in on-call coverage and contribute to clinical growth and academic collaboration within a high-volume, supportive team. Waterbury Hospital is a 357-bed Level II Trauma Center; affiliated with UConn Health for outpatient care, academic opportunities, and professional development.
Required Qualifications
- BE or BC OB/GYN physician (board eligibility/certification)
