Job Summary
OB/GYN physician sought for Waterbury, CT with UConn Health Community Network Medical Group. BE or BC OB/GYN to provide comprehensive obstetrics and gynecology care in a high-volume, collaborative practice. Responsibilities include managing pregnancy and female reproductive health, taking histories, cancer screenings (breast, cervical, ovarian), vaginal delivery and cesarean sections, treating urinary/pelvic/hormonal disorders and STDs, ordering/performing/interpreting tests, creating treatment plans and referrals, ensuring accurate documentation, supporting billing/coding, promoting wellness, and participating in on-call coverage. Robotic training is a plus. Supervises clinical staff (MAs, NPs, PAs, etc.).
