BE/BC OB/GYN sought to join a high-volume, collaborative practice in Waterbury, CT. Provide obstetrics and gynecology care with a balanced mix of obstetrics and gynecology; start with a full patient panel. Responsibilities include examining patients, taking histories, cancer screening (breast, cervical, ovarian), vaginal delivery or cesarean, managing urinary/pelvic/hormonal disorders and sexually transmitted diseases, ordering/performing/interpreting diagnostics, creating treatment plans and referrals, ensuring thorough documentation, collaborating on billing/coding, promoting wellness, and participation in on-call coverage. Robotic training is a plus but not required. Supervise MAs, NPs, PAs, and other clinical staff at the site.
