Job Summary
OB/GYN physician opportunity in Waterbury, CT to join a high-volume, collaborative practice with a four-physician team and a midwife. Responsibilities include providing comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care, performing deliveries (vaginal and cesarean), screening for breast, cervical, and ovarian cancers, managing urinary and pelvic disorders, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, creating treatment plans, coordinating referrals, ensuring accurate documentation, and supporting billing/compliance. Robotic training is a plus but not required. Participation in on-call coverage and supervision of clinical staff (MAs, NPs, PAs) at the site is included. Required Qualifications
- BE or BC OB/GYN physician
- Board eligible or board certified in obstetrics and gynecology
- Medical license to practice in Connecticut or eligible for licensure
- Ability to provide care across obstetrics and gynecology with on-call duties
- Experience supervising clinical staff (MAs, NPs, PAs) preferred
