OB/GYN Physician (URGENT NEED)

Deliver obstetric and gynecologic care across two clinic locations in Bloomingdale and Batavia, with future expansion possibilities to Wheaton and Naperville. Manage deliveries at Central DuPage Hospital while utilizing access to an outpatient surgical center and in-office procedures. Operate within a Level III NICU environment supported by in-house anesthesia and a robust internal referral network of over 1,000 providers. Practice medicine with autonomy under a physician-led model that prioritizes individualized, evidence-based care free from hospital bureaucracy. Participate in a 1:8 call schedule and collaborate with a dyadic leadership structure to shape clinical decisions and organizational strategy.
