Job Summary
OB/GYN Physician needed for full-time hospital-employed position in Lansing, MI, to join Residency Faculty Practice. Responsibilities include direct supervision of resident physicians in outpatient settings, labor and delivery, and operating room; rotating clinical shifts as Laborist, Clinic Attending, Gynecologic Surgeon, and Hospital GYN/Laborist backup; didactic teaching, resident mentoring, committee participation, and scholarly activity per ACGME guidelines. Preferred candidates have Robotic surgery certification/experience and interest in resident education with prior residency faculty experience. Required Qualifications
- BC/BE OB/GYN Physician
- Direct supervision of resident physicians in outpatient, labor and delivery, and operating room
- Rotating Clinical shifts as Laborist, Clinic Attending, Gynecologic Surgeon, and Hospital GYN/Laborist backup
- Didactic teaching and scholarly activity as outlined by the ACGME
Desired Qualifications
- Interest in resident education and scholarly activity
- Robotic surgery certification and experience
- New grad or experienced with commensurate clinical skills in Obstetrics and Gynecology
- Prior experience as a residency faculty member (preferred)
