Job Summary
OB/GYN Physician needed to join the University of Michigan Health - Sparrow's residency faculty practice in Lansing, MI as a full-time faculty member. Responsibilities include direct supervision of resident physicians in outpatient settings, labor and delivery, and the operating room, rotating clinical shifts as Laborist, Clinic Attending, Gynecologic Surgeon, and Hospital GYN/Laborist backup; didactic teaching, resident mentoring, committee participation, and scholarly activity per ACGME. Requires BC/BE in obstetrics/gynecology with robotic surgery certification and experience; opportunities for resident education and scholarly activity; hospital-employed with relocation assistance, 401(k) with match, CME benefits, and malpractice insurance. Required Qualifications
- Board-certified/Board-eligible OB/GYN (BC/BE)
- New grad or experienced with commensurate clinical skills in Obstetrics and Gynecology
- Robotic surgery certification and experience
- Interest in resident education and scholarly activity
- Direct supervision of resident physicians in outpatient, labor and delivery, and operating room
- Hospital-employed position with benefits including medical/dental/vision
