Job Summary
Direct supervision of resident physicians in outpatient settings, labor and delivery, and the operating room; rotating clinical shifts as Laborist, Clinic Attending, Gynecologic Surgeon, and Hospital GYN/Laborist backup; didactic teaching, resident mentoring, committee participation, and scholarly activity per ACGME; position is hospital-employed with relocation assistance, comprehensive benefits, CME support, and malpractice coverage.
Required Qualifications
- Board-certified/board-eligible in obstetrics and gynecology (BC/BE)
- Direct supervision of resident physicians in outpatient, labor and delivery, and operating room
- Rotating clinical shifts as Laborist, Clinic Attending, Gynecologic Surgeon, and Hospital GYN/Laborist backup
- Willingness to engage in didactic teaching, resident mentoring, committee participation, and scholarly activity as outlined by ACGME
Desired Qualifications
- Interest in resident education and scholarly activity
- Robotic surgery certification and experience
- New grad or experienced with commensurate clinical skills representing the general practice of Obstetrics and Gynecology
- Prior experience as a residency faculty member (preferred)
