Job Summary
OB/GYN Physician needed in Connecticut for Women's Health Connecticut. Full-time role in a private-practice setting affiliated with Bridgeport Hospital, supporting two office locations. Responsibilities include performing comprehensive physical exams and maintaining medical data, ordering or performing therapeutic procedures (injections, immunizations, basic wound care), counseling patients on treatment regimens and health maintenance, developing care plans, following hospitalized patients as appropriate, gaining competency with the Electronic Medical Record System, and performing billing at office visits. Requires MD or DO from an accredited medical school, board certification or eligibility, Connecticut medical licensure, and related licenses (federal/state controlled substances) plus BLS.
