OB/GYN Physician

OB/GYN Physician needed for Milford Regional Medical Center. Full-time role within the Milford Regional Physician Group in the Obstetrics and Gynecology department. The department includes seven full-scope OB/GYN generalists and three laborists, with 24/7 in-house anesthesia and pediatric coverage to support high-quality obstetric care. Responsibilities include managing approximately 1,100 deliveries annually within an LDRP maternity care model, and fulfilling call requirements of three 12-hour shifts per month (with flexibility for 24-hour shifts). Typical schedule comprises at least 3 days in the office plus one dedicated OR day and one administrative day, backed by 1:1 clinical support. The role uses Epic EMR and emphasizes collaborative, patient-centered care and continuous improvement.
