OB/GYN Physician

Milford Regional Medical Center seeks a full-time OB/GYN physician to join Milford Regional Physician Group. The role includes managing obstetrics and gynecology duties within a high-volume practice (approximately 1,100 deliveries annually) with a 24/7 anesthesia and pediatric coverage framework, LDRP maternity care, and a mix of in-office, OR, and administrative duties. The schedule typically includes three 12-hour call shifts per month (with potential for 24-hour shifts) and at least three in-office days per week plus one dedicated OR day and one administrative day. Epic EMR and strong administrative/clinical support enable efficient workflow. Board certification or eligibility and an MD or DO degree with Massachusetts license are required; fellowship training in OB/GYN subspecialties is a plus.
