OB/GYN Physician

OB/GYN Physician roles within Milford Regional Medical Center to provide full-scope obstetrics and gynecology care in a high-volume, patient-centered department. The team includes seven OB/GYN generalists and three laborists, with 24/7 in-house anesthesia and pediatric coverage, and an estimated 1,100 deliveries annually. The practice operates under an LDRP maternity model, emphasizing quality care and continuous improvement. Schedule includes three 12-hour call shifts per month (with flexibility for 24-hour shifts), typically three office days plus one dedicated OR day and one administrative day, supported by 1:1 clinical staff. Epic EMR is used for clinical workflow.
