Job Summary
OB/GYN physician needed for a physician-owned, physician-governed multi-specialty group in Silverdale, WA. 50-50 mix of OB and GYN with a Monday–Friday schedule, 1:7 call plus county call 1:10, and 18–25 clinical patients per day. Work at one clinical site and one hospital with a Level 2 NICU, within the same building. Eligible for shareholder status after 2 years; guaranteed salary for 2 years with productivity bonus potential; comprehensive benefits, signing and relocation bonuses, and CME allowance. Established in 1945 as part of The Doctors Clinic, affiliated with Virginia Mason Franciscan Health. Total compensation based on full-time employment, with salary range $345,000–$365,000 plus bonus potential.
Required Qualifications
- Board eligible or board certified in Obstetrics & Gynecology
